Do You Qualify for Weight Loss Therapy?

• 18 years or older
   
• BMI ≥30 (obese) OR BMI ≥25 with a weight-related health condition (e.g., high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol)
   
• No history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2
   
• No history of severe pancreatitis
   
• Willing to follow clinic’s nutrition & exercise guidance
   
• Able to attend regular follow-ups and monitoring appointments
   
• Not pregnant or breastfeeding
   
• Current medications reviewed by your provider for safety
